ULPA Filter
ULPA Filter, also known as ultra-high efficiency filter or ultra-low penetration rate air filter, is composed of waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper. The filter material is fixed on the light acid sand aluminum extruded frame with a kind of amino vinegar glue. , Both the air inlet side and the air outlet side can be equipped with sprayed surface protection nets to protect the filter paper from being damaged. The filtration efficiency of 0.1~0.2μm particles, smoke and microorganisms and other dust particles can reach more than 99.999%.
ULPA Filter introduction:
1. ULPA Filter has good sealing effect, is not easy to leak, easy to install, and has a long service life.
2. The outer frame of ULPA Filter is made of aluminum profile, which can be provided in various thicknesses such as 50mm, 69mm, and 90mm.
3. The air inlet and outlet sides of the filter material are attached with metal protective nets.
4. The ULPA Filter laser scans and counts MPPS one by one at the factory.
5. Filter level: U15-U17EN 1822.
ULPA Filter is based on HEPA to further strengthen the filtering effect of HEPA. ULPA Filter has a filtering efficiency of more than 99.9999% for particles above 0.3 microns.
Compared with HEPA, ULPA has a more compact structure and higher filtration efficiency. ULPA filter has larger filtering area and stronger dust holding capacity. The filter element of ULPA ultra-high efficiency air filter is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter material which is folded by glue. The outer frame can be made of laminated wood, galvanized copper, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. It is tightly bonded by polyurethane glue and has a light weight. The air permeability is large, the dust collection rate is as high as 99.95-99.999%, and it is resistant to alkali and high temperature.
Application of ULPA Filter
ULPA Filter is suitable for 10000-100 grade clean systems, air conditioning systems, so the products have been widely used in electronics, microelectronics, semiconductors, optical devices, biological and medical circuits, cameras and optical instruments, precision machinery and other fields.
ULPA Filter structure description:

Installation instructions for ULPA Filter:
1. It can be installed on the ceiling keel or the color steel plate ceiling with various brands of FFU.
2. The ultra-high efficiency filter needs to be installed in the air duct, and the indoor test blowing is performed, and the air volume and indoor cleanliness must be installed after reaching certain requirements to extend the service life of the high-efficiency filter.
3. In order to ensure the service life of the high-efficiency filter, it is recommended that the air be pre-filtered at no less than F8 (colorimetric method 90%-95%) before entering.
