Sub-High Efficiency Filter
The sub-high efficiency filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or polypropylene filter paper as the filter material, which is densely folded.
Sub-high-efficiency filters are also called sub-high-efficiency air filters. Sub-high-efficiency filters are often used in the front end of high-efficiency filters to better protect the high-efficiency filter. It is one of the commonly used filters in air conditioning purification and filtration.
Sub-high-efficiency filters are divided into two types: sub-high-efficiency filters with partitions and sub-high-efficiency filters without partitions:

Introduction to the production and use of sub-high efficiency filters:
The sub-high efficiency filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or polypropylene filter paper as the filter material, which is densely folded. The densely folded filter paper is made of paper partitions or aluminum foil partitions with small plug-in intervals to maintain smooth passage. The outer frame is galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminum alloy profile, sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant. It can be widely used in general filtration in electronics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food and other industries, and can also be used in high temperature resistant places.
The non-partition sub-high-efficiency filter uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or polypropylene filter paper as the filter material, separated by hot melt glue, and the outer frame is made of cardboard, aluminum alloy profile or galvanized sheet, and sealed with environmentally friendly polyurethane sealant. Sub-high efficiency filters are generally used in semiconductor manufacturing plants, atomic power research centers, clean rooms, laminar flow equipment, workbenches and other occasions that require ultra-high cleanliness.

Features of sub-high efficiency filter:
1. The sub-high-efficiency filter has a unique seamless sealing technology, which has better sealing effect, longer lasting, and not easy to leak;
2. Sub-high-efficiency filter media with metal protective net on both sides;
3. The sub-high efficiency filter can provide various thicknesses such as 50mm, 69mm, 90mm, etc.;
4. Laser scanning and counting MPPS efficiency one by one: 95%-99.95% (EN1882);
5. Filter grade: H10-H12 (EN1882).
Sub-high efficiency filter classification:
Sub-high-efficiency filters with partitions include GK (sub-high-efficiency filters with partitions), GKW (high-temperature-resistant sub-high-efficiency filters), and GKA (high-humidity-resistant sub-high-efficiency filters);
Sub-high-efficiency filters without partitions include GKYW (combined combined sub-high-efficiency filters), GKYS (sub-high-efficiency filters without partitions), GKYC (liquid tank-type sub-high-efficiency filters), GKYL (ultra-low resistance without partitions) Sub-high-efficiency filter), GKYD (knife type sub-high-efficiency filter without partition).
