H14 High Efficiency Air Filter
H14 High-Efficiency Air Filter can meet the stringent requirements of today's air purification for various spaces and weights and energy consumption.
The product has high efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity. It is widely used in industrial clean rooms such as semiconductors, electronics, flat panel displays, precision machinery, surface coating, aerospace, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the production process and increase the yield. It is used in biological clean rooms such as pharmacy, medical treatment, food and beverage, biological engineering, experimental animal breeding, etc., to create a sterile environment.
H14 high efficiency air filter, It uses hot melt glue to replace the aluminum foil with partition filters to separate the filter materials. Because there is no partition, a 50mm thick non-partition high efficiency filter can achieve the performance of a 150mm thick partition filter. Under the condition of the same filtration area and filtration efficiency, the HEPA with a 90mm thick frame can achieve 1.3 times the air volume of the 150mm thick standard resistance type of a paper partition high efficiency filter, and twice that of the 150mm thick standard resistance type of a partitioned high efficiency filter.
