Time flies. From August 2020, the production equipment of our company's oil filter workshop began to enter the factory one after another. After a few months, the workshop has been officially put into mass production. The start of this project indicates that the company's filter finally has a new breakthrough in oil filtration, opening a new chapter in oil filter research and development and innovation.
Our oil filter adopts a multi-layer gradient structure filter material with high-efficiency particle filtering and interception capacity and impurity storage capacity. It is a rubber material that meets ASTM D2000 and Volkswagen VW2.8.1 standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and meets Baosteel's Q/BQB series standards. The metal sheets and spring steel wires of the national GB standard are combined with the material definitions of relevant OEMs (such as Volkswagen) and companies such as BASF, DuPont, and LANXESS. On this basis, the raw material standards for the oil filter are refined, and its own material database is formed to meet the material requirements of different products.

At the same time, we carry out strict quality inspections on all aspects of the oil filter production, and check one by one according to the oil filter prone to problems, such as the full inspection of the thread, the online underwater tightness inspection and the finished product inspection, etc. , Do not allow any defective product to be sold to customers, which will affect customer experience.
