To further enhance the company's management understanding of the quality system standards, to master management system audit skills, and to continuously improve the company's system operation and management level. From January 20 to 22, 2021, the company held a three-day IATF16949 system training. More than 20 people including the company's general manager, deputy general managers, and department ministers participated in the training.
Zhang Xiaolong, the general manager of the training, emphasized the importance of IATF16949 system training to the company's development. He hoped that the trainees would study hard with a serious attitude, cherish opportunities, learn more, and communicate more to further improve their professional ability and work level.
During the three-day training, the instructor interpreted the background of IATF16949, the scope of the system, and the standard clauses. It focuses on process methods and applications, risk analysis and identification, relationship with other management system standards, internal audits and management reviews. The process method includes the systematic regulation and management of each process and its interaction in accordance with the organization's quality policy and strategic direction, so as to achieve the expected results. The process and the entire system can be managed by adopting the PDCA cycle and always risk-based thinking in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of undesirable results.
Through the three-day training, the trainees expressed that they have a deeper understanding of the IATF16949 quality management system, the five tools of the quality management system (APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP) and the new seven principles (customer Have a deeper understanding of focus, leadership, full participation, process methods, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, relationship management). It has played a good role in promoting the quality awareness of all employees, strengthening service awareness, and improving customer satisfaction.
Intensified training has brought new ideas to our management, so that everyone can have a law to follow in future work, and their thinking will be more open; I hope that all colleagues can apply the knowledge they have learned through this training.
