Under normal circumstances, the glue curing time is 3-7 days. The cured high-temperature and high-efficiency filter is directly loaded into the high-temperature equipment for normal use.
 
It is bound to cause high temperature glue cracking, expansion and glue separation from the outer frame and other phenomena; in view of the above problems, the following two solutions are specially made:
 
1 The high temperature and high efficiency filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;
2 If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that the customer must operate the following methods before using our high-temperature high-efficiency filter:
The high-efficiency filter with high temperature resistance to 250 °C is slowly heated to 100 °C in the high temperature equipment, and then shut down for cooling after constant temperature for 2 hours;
Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally.
 
The high-efficiency filter with high temperature resistance of 350-400 °C is slowly heated to 100 °C in the high-temperature equipment, and then stopped for cooling after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
