The subway air filter has the characteristics of solid structure, reasonable layout, low resistance, and flexible operation. It can ensure the normal operation of subway ventilation and air conditioning, and can also meet the needs of accident ventilation in the event of a fire.
The structure and material of the subway air filter:
The air filter is mainly composed of a bottom frame, a single frame, a filter unit, a transmission mechanism, an electric actuator, and a local control box.
1. Bottom frame: used to fix the single frame, welded by 10# light channel steel.
2. Monomer frame: used to support the filter unit and transmission system, welded by 2mm thick galvanized steel plate.
3. Filter unit: It is the basic unit that constitutes the openable air filter, which is composed of filter material and its frame.
4. The filter material is composed of stainless steel wire mesh and aluminum mesh, which is resistant to water washing, acid and alkali, low resistance, high efficiency, and can be easily removed and installed for cleaning operations.
5. The electric actuator drives the filter unit to reciprocate in the range of 0°~90° through the transmission mechanism to complete the opening and closing actions.
6. Electric control on-site control box: It can realize the on-site control of the openable air filter, can automatically switch the central control, the station control can open the air filter, and the on-site control has priority.
Working principle of subway air filter:
After the air containing dust enters the filter, the filter will be intercepted back to the city, and then attached to the surface of the filter material, causing the air pressure difference before and after the filter to increase. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the air is filtered The differential pressure alarm of the device alarms. At this time, the filter unit is fully opened through the transmission mechanism, and the filter material is replaced.
Cleaning: Put the dust-collected filter in a sink containing detergent, soak it with a soft brush, then rinse it with clean water, dry it or air-dry it and then use it again.
Main technical performance of subway air filter:
1. The effective filtration area ratio>70%;
2. Initial resistance <50Pa, final resistance 100Pa;
3. Filtration efficiency>20%;
4. The filter material of the filter can be compressed naturally by airflow resistance, which has a better sealing effect;
5. The frame structure of the unit can withstand 1500Pa of positive and negative static pressure and maintain stability, and does not produce long-term usable deformation;
6. Under the environment of 250℃, the frame structure of the unit will not collapse and block the air duct within 1 hour;
7. The various components of the group are made of non-combustible materials;
8. The filter is installed with a temperature sensor. When the temperature reaches the set value, the filter can be in the open state;
9. The protection level of the ground control box: IP54.
