2021 Annual Summary Conference of Hikingfilter
On January 6, Hikingfilter's 2021 annual summary meeting was held in the lecture hall on the second floor of the administration building.
 
Zhang Xiaolong, the chairman and general manager of Hikingfilter, analyzed and summarized the operating data and key tasks in 2021 at the conference, and arranged the organization, management appointments, and key tasks in 2022.
 
2021 is a year of growth. He thanked everyone for their efforts in 2021. He pointed out that 2022 is a year full of opportunities and challenges. At the meeting, Ma Lei, Deputy General Manager of Hikingfilter, made an interpretation of "Safety Risk Hierarchical Control Management System", "Production Safety Accident Hidden Hazard Investigation Management System", "Production Safety Accident Management and Responsibility Assessment Measures (Trial)", shared by rotating COO Shen Yufeng The company’s safety production experience, Chief Engineer Su Cheng made a summary of quality improvement experience, Deputy General Manager Zhou Yubin made a summary of the results of the previous stage of enterprise digital construction, Assistant General Manager, General Manager Shen Xiaogang of the Sales Department, and Dr. Wang Baoshun, Executive Vice President of the Research Institute, made R&D and Interpretation of the sales two-wheel drive model.
 
Group general manager Zhang Yuxu signed a letter of responsibility with subordinate units, and summarized and analyzed the operating data, highlights, key tasks, and work to be improved by each unit in 2021.
